Meridian 1.68.0
October 15, 2026
Format your messages, write them on a real email page, and use Meridian from Claude.
Added
- Format your messages — make text bold or italic, add links, and write bulleted or numbered lists in new messages, replies, and forwards. Use the buttons above the message or the usual shortcuts (⌘B, ⌘I, ⌘K for a link). A message with no formatting is sent exactly as before.
Improved
- Writing looks like reading — new messages and replies are now written on the same white, rounded email page you read messages on, at the same width.
- Repeating events by position — events like “the second Tuesday of every month” or “the last day of the month” now appear on the right days, are described correctly, and are no longer changed when you edit them in Meridian.
Fixed
- Meridian works with Claude again — Claude couldn’t see Meridian’s tools, so it never asked for access. It now lists them and asks for permission the first time it uses one.
