Connect Your Accounts

Connect the email, calendar, and contacts accounts you already use.

Available Providers

Google

Connect your Google account to sync:

• Gmail - Access and manage your emails
• Google Calendar - Sync your calendar events
• Google Contacts - Sync your contacts

Microsoft

Connect your Microsoft account to sync:

• Outlook Email - Access and manage your emails
• Outlook Calendar - Sync your calendar events
• Outlook Contacts - Sync your contacts

Fastmail

Connect email, calendars, and contacts using an app-specific password and standard IMAP/SMTP, CalDAV, and CardDAV protocols.

Apple iCloud

Connect iCloud calendars and contacts using CalDAV/CardDAV and an Apple app-specific password. iCloud Mail is not currently supported.

How It Works

1. Download and open the Meridian app
2. Go to Settings > Connections
3. Choose a provider and sign in with your account
4. Grant Meridian access to your account
5. Your account will be connected and syncing will begin automatically

Security

Google and Microsoft use OAuth 2.0, while Fastmail and iCloud use revocable app-specific credentials. Provider credentials are encrypted on your device. If an encrypted copy is relayed for another authorized device, Meridian’s server cannot decrypt or use it.
