Create your Meridian account and configure your profile

Create Your Account

There are two ways to create a Meridian account:

• Email and password – Enter your email address and choose a password.
• OAuth – Sign in with your existing Google or Microsoft account for a faster setup.

Set Up Your Profile

After creating your account you’ll be asked to provide your first name and last name. This information is used to personalize the app and is included in outgoing messages.

Encryption Keys

During first-time setup, Meridian automatically generates encryption keys on your device. These keys are used to encrypt your data end-to-end before it ever leaves your Mac. You don’t need to take any action – the process is seamless and happens in the background.

Connect Your First Account

Once your profile is ready, Meridian will prompt you to connect your first email, calendar, or contacts provider. See Connecting Accounts for detailed instructions.
