Integrations
Connect your email, calendar, and contacts providers to Meridian
Meridian integrates with the email, calendar, and contacts providers you already use, bringing all of your data together into a single, unified workspace. Rather than replacing your existing accounts, Meridian connects to them and keeps everything in sync.
Private by Architecture
Provider-facing work — including discovery, sync, and write-back — runs on your device. OAuth tokens and app-specific credentials are encrypted on the client. An encrypted copy can be relayed for device portability, but Meridian’s servers cannot decrypt it or use it to access a provider.
When multi-device sync is enabled, content such as messages, events, contacts, and activities is encrypted before it leaves your device. Meridian’s sync service stores and relays ciphertext plus the limited routing metadata needed to deliver it; it does not process the content.
Supported Providers
Meridian currently supports the following providers:
- Google Workspace – Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts
- Microsoft 365 – Outlook Mail, Calendar, and Contacts
- Apple iCloud – iCloud Calendar and Contacts via CalDAV/CardDAV
- Fastmail – Email, Calendar, and Contacts
Each provider can be connected from Settings > Connections in the Meridian app. You can connect multiple accounts from the same provider, and each connection syncs independently.
