Calendar

Meridian pulls in every calendar you have — Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, all of them — and displays them in a single unified view.

Calendar Views

Switch between views depending on how you want to see your schedule:

  • Month — See the full month at a glance
  • Week — Your week laid out hour by hour
  • Day — Focus on today’s schedule in detail
  • Agenda — A chronological list of upcoming events

Event Details

Each event shows:

  • Title and description
  • Date, time, and timezone
  • Location
  • Attendees and their RSVP status
  • Conference/meeting links (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.)
  • Reminders
  • Which calendar the event belongs to

Multiple Calendars

If you have calendars from multiple accounts — personal Google Calendar, work Outlook Calendar, a shared team calendar — they all appear together. Events are color-coded by calendar so you can tell them apart at a glance.

Recurring Events

Recurring events display on all their scheduled dates. Meridian handles the recurrence rules from your provider, including exceptions (like a moved or cancelled instance of a recurring meeting).

All-Day Events

All-day events appear at the top of the day in week and day views, and are shown as spanning bars in month view.

Staying in Sync

Calendar events sync automatically. When someone sends you a meeting invite, it appears in Meridian as soon as your provider processes it. Changes made in Google Calendar or Outlook are reflected in Meridian within minutes — and often within seconds when real-time notifications are available.
