Meridian brings all your email accounts into one place. Read, reply, archive, and manage messages across Gmail and Outlook without switching tabs.
Unified Inbox
When you connect multiple email accounts, all your messages appear in a single inbox view. Each message shows which account it belongs to, so you always know the context.

Actions
You can perform these actions on any message:
- Star / Unstar — Flag important messages
- Archive — Remove from inbox without deleting
- Trash — Move to trash (can be restored)
- Mark Read / Unread — Control what you’ve seen
- Snooze — Hide a message and have it reappear later
- Delete — Permanently remove a message
All actions sync back to your email provider. If you archive an email in Meridian, it’s archived in Gmail or Outlook too.
Conversations
Meridian groups messages into conversation threads, just like you’d expect. Replies, forwards, and follow-ups are all grouped together so you can follow the full history.
Composing Email
- Click Compose or press
cto start a new message - Reply, Reply All, and Forward work from any message in a thread
- Messages send from the account the conversation belongs to — if someone emails your work address, Meridian replies from your work address
Labels and Folders
Meridian supports the label and folder systems from your email providers. You can view messages by label and manage label assignments directly from Meridian.
Search
Use the search bar to find messages across all your connected accounts. Search works across senders, subjects, and message content.
How Actions Work Behind the Scenes
When you perform an action in Meridian, it happens instantly in the UI. Behind the scenes, the action is queued and sent to your email provider. If you’re offline, actions will be sent the next time you’re connected. If an action fails, Meridian will retry automatically.
